I have enjoyed the run-up to this match quite a bit. I think this is a spot where Baker continues to get heat and she goes over Rosa for the win setting up the eventual singles match where Rosa will triumph. If it’s not Tessa I would lean towards seeing either Deonna Purazzo, Jordynne Grace, or Allysin Kay in the role as Baker’s partner. Not to mention that her real-life heat from fans would just further cement her as a top heel alongside Baker.

Look, I know a lot of the AEW fanbase doesn’t want to see Tessa back in the business at all but at the end of the day her relationship in the locker room is between her and coworkers and if the powers that be within AEW have faith that she is not what she was alleged to be and she fits into the AEW family then, by all means, let her work. As such I’m going out on a limb and saying that Tessa Blanchard finally makes her return as Baker’s partner. will swing for the fences with a surprise here on the Buy In to increase the hype for the show and potentially seal the deal on a few more buys. Should Rebel bow out of this match and Baker be allowed to chose her own partner I feel like Tony Khan and Co. While Riho and Rosa will be an interesting pairing having never worked together the real intrigue lies on the other side of the ring. Seeds have been planted that Rebel may sit this one out as she is working a shoulder injury angle and Baker has demanded that she be able to choose her own partner for this potentially incredible tag team pre-show match. I digress, today we’re talking about AEW Revolution and not my life so let’s dive in. There’s just too much going on for that right now. With that in mind, I do not anticipate today’s blog opening a forbidden door back into daily blogging from me. Going into the shows without writing a preview just hours before has kept the angles fresher for me and given more pop to the surprises.

I have to say that I have enjoyed watching Dynamite so much more in recent weeks without viewing it from the eyes of wanting to write about it. Hello Camels, it’s been a minute since I’ve sat down and pecked out some words to share with you all.
